Newbies: We post here to hold one another accountable especially leading up to the big day with diet and fitness!

Yesterday-
D - my usual pre-run Wendy's dinner of apple chicken salad + nuggets (few fries)
pb m & ms too

Today:
Workout - early 5k run
B - 1/2 almond pastry + tiny piece of cuban from local bakery

To do:
L - Rest of cuban
S - baby spinach salad, plum, greek yogurt

    B: half a whole wheat bagel with whipped cream cheese and a banana
    S: protein bar
    L: grilled chicken salad (had some bacon on it though and I couldn't help myself ;/) and a sip of my friends boulevard chocolate beer (sooooo good wish I could have had a full glass but had to go back to work...)

    To Do:
    S: protein bar
    D: steak and broccoli
    W/O: Insanity cardio circuit

    Plan on also having a couple glasses of wine with a girlfriend tonight

    D - New Roasted Garlic Sirloin from Applebees under 550 calories menu!!
    Workout- walked, biked and weights

    Today:
    B - cottage cheese and apple sauce
    S- banana
    L- salad w/cheese
    S- brown rice cereal, sunflower seeds, and raisins

    To do:
    D- chicken lettuce wrap tacos
    Workout- ?

    D: shrimp scampi
    S: the bad news is I ate double stuffed oreos, the bad news is there aren't anymore in the house!

    B: fiberone bar
    L: Lite Italian wedding soup & pita chips
    S: fruit salad

    D: tacos
    W/O: none. FI is taking me out for taco Tuesday and a movie!
