changing dress alteration?

I'm thinking of moving my dress alteration appointment that I made for March back to either July or August...what do you think?

    Well Im no expert, not having done it yet myself, but I know my body fluctuates plus or minus 5 lbs over a few months (without trying).  It might be good to wait, but some people stay pretty constant.

    In my case I can't chance it, I am working out now more than ever to get in shape and if I keep it up my body will continue to change.  OR if I give up one day my body might go back... I plan to do mine a bit closer to the wedding itself just to be safe.

    i honestly would wait. Like PP poster said, the body can fluctuate a lot.

    I know this sounds really late but typically you dont start alterations until 3 months out.
