In case anyone wants to feel better about their own day, how's this:
I definitely mailed out our invitations (with pretty much a month to go, so already behind schedule), and forgot. to seal. the envelopes. Now I'm in the process of contacting everybody to make sure they got their invites. Luckily I ordered a lot of extras.
Just popped by to vent and holy crap I'm getting married in less than a month.
