Mckinney, TX Flour Mill or Cotton Mill

Can anyone compare the Flour Mill with the Cotton Mill and tell me if one isbetter to use for a reception of 150.

I think cost is the biggest difference. I believe the Flour Mill is substantially less expensive than the Cotton Mill. I like the outdoor ceremony space at the Cotton Mill though. The Cotton Mill can hold much more than 150, but you can always change the layout to make the space seem less expansive.
