Bridal Shower in Chattanooga

So I am also in my friend's wedding in September so I am helping plan the bridal shower. Does anyone know of any venues for under $50 in chattanooga? And caterers for under $10 a person.

    Do you or any of your friends rent from an apartment complex? You can usually rent the club house for $75 with a $200 deposit (that you get back as long as you don't trash the place). A lot of the club houses in the complexes are really nice.

    Also, consider having Publix or her favorite lunch spot cater.
