Hello Everyone,
I have been lucky enough to have a mother who preserved her wedding dress and always said it was there if I wanted it. Well my big day has come and I would love to honor my mother, as her only daughter, and wear her wedding dress. I; however, would like to transform it from the dress she wore in 1985 to a more modern wedding dress for myself. I can't seem to find anyone who can make extensive alterations in Northern California, specifically around Sacramento, San Jose, or the Central Valley. If you know anyone who can work their magic I would really appreciate your recommendation.
