I just got my divorced granted from my ex husband yesterday. Took 2 years because of a covenant. I am getting re-married in 6 months. I hate to go through all the trouble of going back to my maiden name now, and then having to change it again in 6 months to my new last name. Problem is, I want my new marriage certificate to have my maiden name on it, and not my ex's last name. Has anyone else had to deal with this before?
