Hi, I was looking to do a destination wedding so we could be by the beach.... we since I live here in St. Louis and itd be less of a hassle, I was wondering if there are any outdoor wedding ceremoy spots with a nice view of water and an indoor reception venue with a view of water.... Id like to keep the budget around $10,000 but any cheaper is obviously better. Possibly 75 guests. Thank you!
