    Anywhere really.  Oriental Trading, TK, amazon.  A google search will help a lot.  I don't know much about this because I'm pretty sure we're not doing favors.  I would suggest doing a cross post on the Favors or DIY board (Just make sure to put XP in the title) so that more people will see it and can give their thoughts!

    Craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby carry them as well.

    We are doing ours from oriental trading. Depending how many you need, party stores may also be a good idea, ours always send our coupons for $ off purchase. Also I think our dollar tree carries them.
