So I was just told I need to tip my vendors. Is this all my vendors? Videographer, photographer, caterers, florist, DJ? Help!

In NYC, if you ask they say of course tipping is optional but the customery amount is,...

florist 5% of cost

photographer $200/ assistant $100/ videographer $200

cocktail supervisor $1-2 per guest

banquet manager $2-4 per guest

contact person/on site manager "couple of hundred"

coat check $1 per guest

musicians $50 and up per musician

This on top of the 18% that covers kitchen staff and behind the scene others.

and food for vendors....

I don't know what is customery. It seems a lot is customery...What do you folks think the numbers should be?
