Seeking individual interesting in purchasing a space at a waterfront venue in New Rochelle on June 8, 2013 from 11-4. A wedding was recently postponed by a couple. They secured this awesome venue by putting down a substantial deposit that cannot be refunded nor rescheduled. We are seeking someone that would be interested in buying that slot from the couple. The date is set for June 8, 2013 from 11-4 (or 5 not sure). The venue is absolutely beautiful and could be used for weddings, a bar mitzvahs, a sweet sixteen, a banquet etc.
