Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable, personable, and professional photographer in Chicago, as well as someone who might be under $1,000, as I'm on a tight budget? thank you!

I would contact Cloud Foto. Her name is Monique and she is doing our wedding photos. We did our engagement session with her and she's great. She could be in your budget depending on how many hours you need her and whether you just want 1 photographer or her to bring her partner to capture every moment. She is great though and lots of fun!
