Proper addressing

I just got my STDs (squeeeeee!). I started to address them all the way I have these names and addresses written, but I might be doing it wrong.

I wrote both first names. Richard and Susan Lastname.

Should I be writing Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lastname?

Do I do it the same for the wedding invitations?

    also do you put SOs on the STD if they aren't living with the person?

    I put the SOs on the second line as well. I'm doing the same with my invitations.

    STDs can be addressed less formally. I did not write non-live-in SOs on the second line, I just stuck them on the first line. I addressed them like I would a Christmas card. And I wrote out first names without Mr. or Mrs.

    I think no titles is fine.  I honestly couldn't tell you how we addressed our STDs or how any we've received in the last two years was addressed.  I would definitely include SOs name on the STD though, prevents anyone having hurt feelings thinking you're not inviting their bf/gf.

    Thank you all, I have finished. Yes CMG, there's a stack of people on my list that I'm not sending them to JIC. These are all 100% invited, no questions asked for sure!

    I will be formal on the invites.

    Excited to get these out!

    If anyone happens to come back to this, when addressing on the invites themselves, if the last names are different for a married couple do I address to the husband first, or the person I'm closest to?

    Like....
    Mr. Adam Lastname and
    Dr. Heather otherlastname.

    or since she's my friend first..swap it?
    Same line? different lines?

    I can't believe what I just did. I was so excited to stamp my stupid STD Postcards, I used regular stamps instead of postcard stamps....the whole reason I went with postcards instead of envelopes. gah.
