Maiden Name - Middle Name?

Hi there - I'm recently married (yahoo!) and I saw earlier on the boards this was asked but with no updates or answers on how it all worked out.

I'm hoping to take my maiden name on as a second middle name without changing the name on my birth certificate. I would take on my husband's last name - and become Mrs. Husband's Name - but still keep that part of my life in my name as a middle name (appearing on as many other things that contain my other middle name!)

Has anyone been able to accomplish this?

Not allowed in Ontario   The only way to do this is to change your birth certificate unfortunately.

I'm planning to hyphenate, but then continue to just use my maiden name professionally.

My understanding, is that you can add your husband's last name to your own, either with a hyphen or with a space, so you can still keep your maiden name.  Does that make sense?
