I am helping my sister plan her wedding. She is moving with her fiance out of the country and because of this have decided to get married on New Year's Eve this year...yes, 7 months from now! They would like to do a destination wedding in Mexico or the Dominican Republic and I am running into a brick wall. All the resorts I have contacted have said they would not be able to do a New Years Eve wedding. Does anyone have experience with this or know of resorts that would be open to doing a NYE ceremony?
