Planet Hollywood questions

So i've been getting prices for suites at planet hollywood...i know i'm indecisive.  

Anyone have any experience with outside caterers in the suites?  Any issues i should know before contemplating them?   

Anyone love the rooms?  Boulevard suite most likely due to price.

The only big issue I've heard of has been their valet entrance area does not allow vendors to stop and unload, so a few people have complained about vendors having to wheel things the long way in from self parking, which of course increases the chances of them being hassled.

Some floors do require card access so that would have to be planned around if the suite you want is on a floor like that.

I'm not sure if Boulevard is included in it but doing an insuite in the Apex has become more difficult as of late because they don't allow regular online bookings anymore, it has to go through a wedding coordinator or Total Experiences which can draw more attention to the booking; not sure if that really matters or not.
