Rustic unique or nontraditional venue?

I'm looking for a venue that isn't typically a venue for a wedding reception. Something rustic and cozy that is big enough for a sit down dinner of approximately 60 guest, a dance floor, a space for our wedding singer, a space for a small "bar" and a space for gift table, cake table, and escort card table.
We were originally planning on using the recreation hall at raccoon creek state park, which is exactly the look we were going for (it looks like a very old broken down cabin on the outside, but absolutely beautiful and new on the inside), how ever the low ceiling was a bit of a worry. When we went to take a look at it we measured for the number of tables we would need but room for things like the bar, gift table and escort card table completely slipped my mind. Now I'm not sure if it will be big enough at all.. Plus the wedding is in August so we are kind of worried about bugs and such out there...
Does anyone know of a place that is cheap, like around $300 (double the price of the recreation hall) that has the same look and feel, but is a bit bigger. We would really like to use our own caterer, so a space that isn't usually a wedding venue would be preferable. But if you can think of a place that is perfect and has a preferred caterer, we wouldn't want to spend more that about $35 - ish per guest for a sit down dinner I've never been a fan of buffets..

Thanks for any advice! :)

we recently attended a wedding at north park. the wedding ceremony was at a pavillion and the reception was at a lodge a few minutes away. it was somewhat small, but definitely had a lodge/rustic feel to it. the couple is big in to hiking and all things nature, so it really fit their personality. i have no idea what it cost them, but i'm fairly certain they paid for it themselves and kept it all very cheap.

i think this is where the reception was held. and i'm sure you can bring any caterer you like since it's a county park.
