A couple months back I asked for some venue help and I am starting to visit venues and have a few we love but would love feedback or see if there's anywhere I'm missing.
Riverwalk Golf Course:
-we love this location! plenty of parking, I love the doors that are glass floor to ceiling and open up.
-my main issue is since there is the glass floor to ceiling you can see it from the ceremony, and also no area for us to get ready to added cost renting a hotel room.
The Cosmopolitan (Old Town)
- So much charm here, love the patio area! Central location, and can get married there or down at the park a couple blocks away.
-drawbacks, the restaurant would still be open unless we did a full buyout for like 8k more. they will rope it off for us so no one can walk into our party. Also, dance floor charge is $650.... seems high??
Country Club of Rancho Bernardo
100 guest, $9,000
-Drawback... alcohol is not included in the price, so will top out our budget.
We are going to look at Tom Hams lighthouse tomorrow as well as the Bali Hai. Anywhere else anyone recommends?
