Barn wedding near northern Delaware

I'm hoping to have a barn wedding but am having trouble finding a place near northern Delaware. I have a really small budget and 200 people. I don't want to travel more than an hour for the venue. Does any one have any ideas within an hour of Wilmington, DE?
