    We invited 275 and 235 accepted. So 15% decline.

    We invited 121, 78 said yes, which is a 36% decline rate.  We also had 3 no shows day of. 

    We had no courtesy invites.  We didn't have a lot of surprise yes or no responses.  For the majority of our OOT guests (and about 1/2 were), we were just happy those that could make it did.

    We invited a bit over 100 including plus 1's for all single guests.  We had 65 RSVP yes and I can only think of 1 no show and she thought the wedding was on saturday instead of friday.  We had about 5 unexpected yes's.
