Rustic/Barn Wedding Delaware, Nearby Maryland, Closeby... HELP!!!

I'm looking for a barn or very rustic venue for my wedding next year

We are getting married near Newark, DE but I'm not opposed to anywhere nearby in Maryland, downstate in Delaware, ETC.

Any help would be great .. I have seen a few but hoping there will be some suggestions I haven't heard yet!

The only rustic barn type place I can think of is the Rockwood Carriage House in Wilmington that I mentioned below.  It definitely had a more rustic feel.

I love the Carriage House def in my list, just not exactly what I was looking for as far as budget goes "/

I'm looking for a barebones venue that allows me to decorate and bring in my own vendors. I should have mentioned that. Thanks for your help.

Have you looked into Spring Hill Manor in Rising Sun, MD? It would be about 30 minutes from Newark but it sounds like what you are looking for. A co-workers family owns it and I know of several people who have had their wedding there.

There is a place called the tea barn right over state lines in fair hill, md they used to let you bring in your own vendors, most likely they still do.
