Embattled receiver Chad Johnson, aka Chad Ochocinco, or whatever he goes by these days, was in court today asking for a plea bargain and/or leniency on a probation violation. Apparently the judge had decided to grant the request but hadn't officially ruled yet. Ocho is happy so he decides to pat his attorney (male) on the butt as congratulations lol. Judge didn't like that so she changed her mind and he's going to jail. Apparently TMZ made a gif of it that I thought was pretty hilarious due to the look on the bailiff's face after he does it.
