My venue is awesome and allowing us to bring snacks for our cocktail hour and lemonade for guest who don't want wine or soda. We are expecting about 120 guests and the reception will be about 6 hours. We are planning on bringing two to three different kinds of Chex Mix for the cocktail hour. I was thinking of making enough for 1 cup per person between the different kinds of Chex Mix and about 6-10 gallons of lemonade. Does this sound like it would be enough??????
