Two Roles for Son at Wedding

That sounds great.  I am asking my 13 (he will be 14 at the wedding) to walk me down the aisle and "pass me off" to my dad who doesn't walk so well.  I'm also asking my 18 year old soon to be step daughter to stand with me as my maid of honor so she is included as well.  We are not doing any sand ceremony or other family ceremony but I wanted them both to feel like they are a part of the wedding.
