    Antonio's in Parma... You select 3 entrees from a list of ten.  Bread and salad are included and it's $14.95/person.

    I had mine at Sterle's on E. 55th. We went off their party menu which was served family style. It was $18.00 a person which included salad, two meats, potatoes, veggie, bread, dessert and I think something else too.
