Tipping Vendors?

Hi! I am getting married in a few weeks and we are just dotting i's and crossing t's. I know we want to have a designated end of night tipper for the servers, bartenders and other vendors on site, but im not sure how much to include! The cost of our catering does pay for labor. How much is typical in RI? $10pp $20pp more? Also do you tip the cooks? Were doing an outdoor wedding where people will be cooking on a grill. Not sure if it matters, but the cost of food and labor is about $40 per guest.

Thanks!

I just used a breakdown from pinterest (I tried to copy it on here but it didn't work).  If gratuity is not included in your bill, then give them 15-20%
