B: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 slices of grilled ham
S: Sliced apple
L: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, avocado, onions, tomatoes, olives, balsamic vinegar
S: Banana
D: Tilapia with lemon and garlic, baked sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli

  • B:  2 eggs with chunky tomato/bell pepper/onion sauce; small plum; avocado
    L:  stir fry (chicken breast, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms) with roasted green beans; orange
    D:  pan-cooked pork chops with roasted veggies (broccoli, potato, onion, bell pepper, etc.) with homemade marinara; cantaloupe
    snacks:  peach, Brazilian nuts, plum, almond butter

    E:  nothing too intense; maybe a long walk again

    veggies:  6
    fruits:  4-5
  • B- hot chocolate, yogurt with blueberries

    L- pasta salad

    S- apple

    D- may be a portabello mushroom burger and some homemade potato wedges

    S- pita chips
