Catering discounts during off season

Does anyone know of any catering companies that offer discounts during the off season months? I called Hilvers, but they only offer discounts if Meadowbrook is rented. We are on the East side and that venue is in Ross, OH.

    Most halls have discounts in the off season or if you book a fri or sun wedding. we're doing a friday wedding in August and we've already save over $5000
