Sending out invitations . . . so confused!

So, our wedding is November 2nd, and our RSVP date is Sept 21st because our caterer needs a final number by October 2nd, so that will give me a little bit of time to call people.  Most of our guys are out of town but we did send Save the Dates out about four months ago.  So I don't want to send the invites too early but also  don't want to send them out too late . . . I was planning on August 21st (giving people a month to get them back in) but is that too late?  

Someone help - I am having a little bit of a panic attack over this.  (And shoes, but that's for another thread!)

Because you've already sent your Save the Dates I think a month to RSVP is sufficient. It's enough time for your guests to respond and make arrangements. I hope this helps!
P.S. I got my shoes from Nordstrom. Online they have a great selection of styles, price range and you can return anything you don't like to the store (I never seem to have that problem).
