May have planned a larger wedding than we can pay for....but trying to find a reasonable catering solution for our 150 person wedding.... The caterer would be on site, we would love someone willing to use the grills at the facilities (2 big gas grills) - and cook up fresh grilled fish, chicken, veggies - overall yummy, home-cooked food that's casual and easy just like our venue... buffet or family style.
Not sure if completely unrealistic - but some of the main catering companies have been higher priced and less flexible....
Hoping for some local Alaska recommendations!
Wedding is in Girdwood next year
