Well, I had a very fun and eventful night. I am on night shift for the next couple days at work and I am trying to keep myself awake right now in these early morning hours. Last night I seem to have gotten assigned to the worst of the patients on the unit, one on a ventilator, one trying to die (but I saved her to get to see another sunshine), and a fresh lung surgery from the OR. Needless to say they kept me very busy all night, but in these early hours things have seemed to finally settle down (knock on wood). This morning once my shift is over I get to meet with the unit manager to plan what Holiday's everyone works as well as vacations.
This afternoon before I go back into work I might stop by and see FI's track team that he coaches at the first meet of the year. Hopefully it won't be to cold out, my buns freeze sitting on those bleachers.
