I have a cake recommendation for Pittsburgh area weddings

Tom Hambor of Food Glorious Food created an amazing cake table for us. We chose to have six round cakes (8") and one larger wedding-style cake. He delivered and set up the cakes for a small additional charge. This ended up being much less expensive than having a traditional wedding cake and it was also so much more fun than having just one cake. Tom made us two  casatta cakes (vanilla cake layered with custard, fresh strawberries, and cream), two white lily cakes (layered vanilla cake and mousse with fresh raspberries and iced cream) and two chocolate mousse cakes, and they were absolutely delicious. I mean, these cakes were SO good. Tom can also make traditional wedding cakes, and we had him make one larger wedding-style cake for the cake-cutting.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. If you're interested, call him early or you'll be out of luck. He only does two weddings a day, which means he fills up fast.
