Invitation Question...

I started putting my invites together this weekend. I somehow lost the example they put together for me. Does anybody know what the small square of tissue paper is for? It's about the same size of the RSVP cards....

I thought they got rid of the tissue paper...*shrugs* but i believe you just put it in front of the actual invite... dont quote me...im just as lost lol....

I believe the tissue goes in front of the main invite so that the ink won't smear on the envelope during shipping.

This.  I belive it's called vellum??
