Leftover?

 I saw a pin describing how to freeze left over wine in an ice cube tray so as not to water down your wine. My question is what is "leftover wine" and where do I find it?

According to my search leftover wine is anything that no one drank once the bottle was open.

I would have to buy a bottle of wine, open it, pour it into ice cube trays, and freeze it specifically for the purpose of having wine ice cubes. Otherwise, wine doesn't exist in my world.

I could be wrong, but I believe "Leftover Wine" was an old, old wooden ship used during the Civil War era.

What? I love leftovers. I also love wine. Therefore, I imagine leftover wine would be better than unicorns. 

But probably more challenging to find....
