outdoor reception in colorado

Trying to find an inexpensive Colorado venue that would allow led or Christmas lights as a 'ceiling' outside and has water where we can do the flower floating lanterns. also, we are bringing in our own food (my mom is a great cook), so need a place that allows that as well. Any ideas??

Perhaps a park?? I think the lights would be OK with almost every area, especially if they are LED... but I would question the bring-your-own-food thing may just need to be a question for the vendor.  A lot of people cater their weddings, so I'd imagine that unless you choose a location that is a one-stop-shop that would provide the location, food, etc., where the food comes from is no big deal.
