timeline help!

i am trying to put together a timeline that will fit my photographer's time frame. how long should i allow for a buffet dinner for 180 people? i am planning on having my photographer for 6 hours, from 1-7.

1:00 meet at the church
2:00 ceremony starts
2:30/2:45 ceremony ends
2:30 family pictures
3:00 leave for off-site pictures
4:00 arrive at reception

after that, i am not sure how to plan out the night (for dances, dinner, cake cutting, etc)

It depends on the type of dinner, ie. banquet style or family sitdown style. I would guess at least an hour and a half for family style and maybe less for buffet. I'm planning on dinner from 7:30-9.

Plus I notice you are only giving yourself 1 hour for offsite photos...doesn't give much time especially if you include the travel time to the hall after visiting different sites.
