All Inclusive in the Ft. Worth Area?

I'm helping my best friend plan her wedding and wanted to get some idea of some all inclusive's that will allow outside catering in the Ft. Worth Area. About 130 guests and the budget for the venue is around 5000 or under.

    Does that include food/beverage or is that venue only?  What is the guest size?
