Our wedding venue is all inclusive but we are using Evergreen Cuisine for our rehearsal dinner.  Tom is GREAT he is easy to work with and they will work with your budget the best they can for whatever you are looking for.  This is their website :http://evergreencuisine.com/

We used Davine Catering. They were wonderful and the food was really good. They came with the venue so I can't speak to their prices.
