B: 1 egg, 1 slice of pork roll, banana, iced coffee with a splash of skim
S: Fruit cup
L: ST buffalo turkey burger with some blue cheese crumbles on top, side salad with FF raspberry vinaigrette 
S: Apple
D: Not really sure yet. I have a Devils game tonight. 

Goal: 80oz of water

    L:  roasted chicken thigh, honey-roasted parsnips, brussels sprouts with a sweet raisin sauce; grapes

    D:  MS Pork Bulgogi (LINK), sauteed bok choy and broccoli (LINK), pomegranate

    E:  deck of cards work out:  push-ups, bicycle crunches, squats with weights, butt kicks

    That looks really good! I've never had bok choy. What does it taste like?
