Alternates to TriBeCa Rooftop?

hi everyone! So my fiancé and I saw TriBeCa rooftop and totally fell in love with it - but it is out of our budget. Does anyone have or know of any alternatives that have a similar look and feel, but maybe a bit more cost efficient? Doesn't have to be in the city - just love that loft feel, great views, and unique decor. Let me know!! Thanks for the help!

    I'm guessing by the decor, you mean modern?  Studio 450 is a giant loft but its completely whitewashed - which could be a good or bad thing.  Good in that its a blank slate...bad in that its completely white.  Another option might be Gary's Loft.  There are several floors there (its a bit smaller than Tribeca).  Manhattan Penthouse is also nice and from what I hear, affordable by NYC standards.  You might also consider something in brooklyn: bubby's, green loft or brooklyn event space.
