My fiance and I are getting married at the MSU Alumni Chapel 5/19/12 and are looking for a string quartet. So far everyone that has been recommended to us either booked or hasn't responded. Any suggested vendors?

We used String Theory. They are high school or early college musicians, but have been playing since early childhood. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. The have a facebook page to contact them.

We went through Panache Entertainment. You have to give them a call; they're based out of Troy, MI, I believe, but they hire out musicians all across the state so they pretty much serve all of Michigan.

We are using Four Seasons String Quartet. They have great reviews and got back to me very quickly. We are also planning our whole wedding in two and a half months and they were free.
