bulk candy in Portland

Does anyone know of any stores in Portland where I can get bulk candy?  I am thinking kisses, and some old fashoned stuff like candy sticks and lolly pops etc...Thanks so much!

     I would second the Winco idea, but only if you are getting candy that is fully/individually wrapped.  Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

    I know that there are the 'sweet factory' stores in some malls.  If you want smaller amounts of specialty candies you could check into that as well.

    Thanks!  I just looked at Winco, and was very happy with what I found!  I might still go to sweet factory before I buy though.  I will be near one later this week!.  Thanks so much!

    based on their website I did already go to Lippmans, and they really did not have much of what i was looking for.  I will check party city though.
