Or they could be fairly new. So just keep that in mind. You could also ask them for references.

Hi haven't used them for a wedding but have used them for corporate catering. They used to do all the catering for The Region of York offices.

Merlyn is usually very helpful - but \i haven't had their wedding menu food.
