B-protein shake (2), Kashi cereal bar (2)
S-WW smoothie with skim milk (3)
L-pita thin grilled cheese (2), orange (1)
D- TBD going out to eat for my brother's birthday so this will be tough. I looked at the menu ahead of time and will try to make healthy choices. :) Perhaps a salad with the dressing on the side and a chicken dish.
E- 40 min cardio, 30 min weights, abs at home
