I haven't yet set a venue for our AHR in May, and I probably should get on that. Here's our requirements:
- decent parking
- BBQs preferably, and/or the ability to bring in our own food
- beach access preferred, but we're flexible
- low rental fee
- available on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday, haven't set a date)
We don't plan on telling them it's a wedding, just a party. (Which is true, the only wedding-ish element we're going to have is a cake.) We live in Anaheim, but as long as it's within about a half hour, we're flexible.
Any suggestions? I just don't know the beaches that well.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married.
