So I received an e-mail back from theknot and here's what they told me regarding the PM's

Because our site relies heavily on cookies, and because you are still viewing old information, we ask that you logout of WeddingChannel.com, clear your cookies, and restart your browser. You can find more information on how to clear your cookies by using your browser's "Help" option.

To clear all cookies with Internet Explorer:

* In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options.

* On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.

* Select the check box next to Cookies. If you only want to delete cookies, clear any other check boxes.

* Click Delete, and then click OK.


Haven't tried it yet but hope this helps.
