Winter Wedding Venues?

I'm thinking about having a winter wedding Dec-Mar.  I figured if it doesn't snow, we can get the wintery feel from having the reception in a room or atrium lots of windows and natural light.  Any suggestions?

     St Regis' ballroom has lots of windows... or Hay Adam which has a nice view.

    I know it's a little far out of DC but my venue-the Antrim 1844 in Taneytown is absolutely gorgeous in the winter!
