Brandeis Catering Suggestions?

My FI and I decided last night on the Bistro Chicken recipe... has anyone tried this or do you have other recommnedations for catering menu items?

    We had chicken caccitore and the beef with the bordelais sauce.  Both were really good.  Did you schedule a tasting yet?

    We haven't scheduled the tasting.  I ran into Michelle and Luigi at the Bridal Fair though and they mentioned we should get it scheduled.

    No problem.  I am glad they are allowing tastings now.  When we first booked (Feb. 2008), we were told they wouldn't do a tasting.  A few months later, I asked about it again and Carolyn scheduled it with no problem.  Kind of strange.  Anyway, I'm glad we did it!  It was fun, too :)  Let me know if you have other questions!
