What to wear under Chiffon?

So I found the dress!  But what to wear underneath?  It's a chiffon backless gown.  Can anyone recommend a good backless & strapless bra for a kinda busty gal?  Also the seamstress recommended those high waste shapers.  Or maybe a slip shaper?  I'm worried about it showing through.  What to do?! :)

    Could you get cups sewn into the dress itself to avoid the need for a bra?  I suspect that would be more supportive than trying to find a bra that is both strapless and backless.

    I have the same issue. My alterations person is sewing some pads into the dress, so that I don't have to worry about a bra. Otherwise you can get the sticky bras (I used it when dress shopping).  The bra pads stick to your skin, giving you coverage, but not great for support.  Macy's sells them.
