To ladies already married...
When you changed your name were you able to drop your middle name and move your maiden name OR able to just add on DHs name and have 4 names?

First Maiden NewName
First Middle Maiden NewName

    I dropped my last and took H's name.
    I was: First Middle MaidenName
    and I'm now: First Middle MarriedName

    When I went to the social security office they handed me a piece of paper and said "Write your name how you would like it to be". So you can pretty much do whatever you want as long as your first name stays the same. So if you want to drop your middle and move your maiden, that's okay.
